Peer Evaluation. 

Annie has been an enjoyable partner to work with and from the beginning of us working together we formed a strong bond which aided us in our work. Her enthusiasm and willingness to experiment with different ideas really helped me with my design process as Annie would often suggest things to me that could enhance my makeup look and we tried out many of her creative ideas in our practices. As a makeup artist she worked in a clean and hygienic environment and was very professional when completing the final makeup look that I  had designed. 

When we first trialled my makeup look the design had a white base which ended up looking very odd on my face and I think knocked Annie's confidence on my design a little bit. However Annie didn't let this phase her and in the second practice came back with more confidence after she had seen that I had redesigned my part of the look that included white base. I definitely trusted Annie's ability to perform my makeup look well and her blending skills are impeccable, as my look included lots of blending. In the final assessment Annie was able to create my look efficiently and very quickly as we finished first out of the whole group.  Overall Annie recreated my design to an amazing standard and I am really happy with how we worked as partners on this project.
