Applying Foundation.
- Cleanse and tone the skin before any foundation application.
- Clip hair back.
- Prime skin with satin or matte primer depending on skin type of model.
- When matching foundation colours to skin test out colours on the model's jaw line.
- Mix foundation base with primer to create a creamier consistency.
- Note shades down for continuity so you can mix more if needed.
- Don't double dip in palette! use the back of the hand for mixing colours together.
- Apply foundation in centre of the face then slowly buff outward.
- use fluffy brush to blend makeup out, hiding and fine lines and creating a flawless finish.
- Conceal under eyes and any blemishes and buff out.
- Powder face on the T zone but make sure it is not too cakey.
- Powder eyelids to prevent ceasing.
- Roll a powder puff against skin to press powder on.
- Brush off any loose powder with a fluffy brush.
